Are you an international student living in Enschede and have you always wanted to know more about the Dutch culture? Then this is your chance to `Dine with the Dutch.'
Several Dutch student houses in Enschede are inviting international students to have dinner together in a Dutch student house. The aim is to offer international, as well as the Dutch students, the opportunity to get to know each other and each others culture.
The event is organized by ChOOSE (cooperation of four Christian Dutch student unions), ESN Twente and the Student Union. Last year, more than 70 international students and 30 Dutch students participated in the program aimed to stimulate cultural understanding.
Every international student living in Enschede is welcome to join. After registering online, international students will be matched with Dutch student houses. A Dutch student will invite the international student(s) to set a date for dinner.
If you'd like to go to a Dutch student house together with your international friend(s), add a remark on your subscription. Registrations will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. So act quickly and register before June 1!
