Why are the Dutch so tidy or punctual? Why do they appear informal? Or is this merely just an appearance? Students can join in an interactive lecture with guest speaker Dr. Gitta Montanus, a cultural anthropologist who will shed light on these questions and try to explain why the Dutch share these habits and customs. Researchers and students from all countries of the world, including the Netherlands, are encouraged to actively participate in the debate. English will be the language of this lecture.
