Matthew Shipp Trio

The Matthew Shipp Trio will perform only a few days after the release of their new album `Harmonic Disorder,' making this special concert the only Dutch gig of their short European tour. American-born Matthew Shipp, the trio's pianist, has recorded challenging collaborations with hip-hop and techno artists on owns his own record label `Thirsty Ear.' His playing style finds its roots in the great jazz innovators of the sixties. The JazzPodium Drienerlo will present this sparkling jazz concert on Monday evening.
