The Nuffic website is a must on bookmark lists of international students and researchers in the Netherlands or of Dutch students or academics planning to go abroad. For example, it offers concise and up-to-date information on visa procedures. Look under `Staying in Holland' and find a priceless page called `Problems,' where one learns how best to dispute with the Dutch (hint: remain `calm and logical').
