Tonnie Buitink, event-manager in the organising committee, plans to organise the final of a large interuniversity dart tournament at the UT. The qualifying rounds, in which both staff and students could participate, should take place at each university. Buitink is still in discussion about the realisation of the plan. The possibility of another large pop concert on campus is also being looked at, comparable to the benefit held just before the summer, which was in aid of the victims of the fireworks disaster.
For the 'lustrum' a special site has been designed: www.utwente.nl/lustrum, on which as much information as possible will be given about the anniversary.
Students and staff can make their suggestions for the 'lustrum' known by putting them in the mailbox on the site.
