Such a meal is called iftar. Sometimes other guests are invited.

Staff and students of the University of Twente and the Saxion Hogeschool Enschede are cordially invited by the Davet Cemiyet to enjoy the Iftar meal on 7 December. After the meal Recep Canel will give a lecture on the Ramadan.
